Alexandra Isern, Ph.D., is a senior-level executive with over 24 years of experience advancing national and international research programs. As the former Assistant Director of Geosciences at the National Science Foundation, she managed a $1.5 billion annual budget and led a team of 200 experts to drive knowledge advancement in earth, ocean, atmospheric, and polar sciences.

Recognized for achieving organizational excellence through innovation, inclusive leadership, and strategic vision, Alexandra has cultivated collaborations across government, academia, and industry.
